Acknowledgment

Gigahat commits to acknowledging the receipt of any formal grievance within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. A unique tracking ticket will be issued.

Resolution

Gigahat commits to investigating and resolving the grievance within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.

Escalation

If unresolved within 30 days, users may escalate the matter to arbitration as defined in the Terms of Service.

Types of Grievances Handled

  • DPDP Act privacy requests (data access, correction, erasure)
  • ASCI violations and advertising disclosure complaints
  • Intellectual property infringement claims
  • Payment disputes and escrow-related issues
  • Account suspension or termination appeals
  • Content moderation concerns

How to File a Grievance

Users must email the Grievance Officer at hello@gigahat.in with the following information:

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, URLs, order/campaign IDs)
  • Date the issue occurred
